By accessing and using Hour ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Hour for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Hour
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Content
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. You retain all rights to content you submit, but grant Hour a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
4. Disclaimer
The information about happy hours, venues, and deals is provided for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Venue hours, prices, and offerings may change without notice.
5. Limitations
Hour and its suppliers will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Hour or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Revisions
Hour may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this App you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
